REFUND POLICY
DC NEET Counselling
1. 7-Day Refund Policy
We offer refunds only within 7 days from the date of purchase of our counselling services.
2. Refund Deduction
If a refund request is approved within the 7-day period, 10% of the total paid amount will be deducted as administrative and processing charges. The remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund request made after 7 days of purchase
- Major counselling work or services have already been completed
- Incorrect or misleading information provided by the client
- Change of mind after availing or using the service
4. Refund Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp with payment proof and refund request details
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Final Decision
The company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reviewing the service usage and request details.
